Customers may cancel a booking at any time before the driver reaches the pickup location. However, if the driver is already en route or has arrived, a nominal cancellation fee may be applied to compensate for time and fuel costs.
In cases where a booking has been pre-paid and subsequently canceled, a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If a driver cancels a booking, customers will be notified promptly, and any pre-paid amount will be fully refunded without deductions.
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
