Our shipping services are currently available within Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu, and surrounding areas as defined in our service coverage map. Customers are advised to check availability prior to booking.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on the pickup and drop-off locations and prevailing traffic conditions. In general, local deliveries are completed within a few hours of booking confirmation. Delays due to weather, vehicle breakdown, or unforeseen events will be communicated proactively.

3. Goods Handling & Packaging

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and labeling of items. Our drivers handle goods with care, but fragile or high-value items must be packed securely by the sender. We recommend insurance for such shipments.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers must not request delivery of illegal, hazardous, explosive, perishable, or restricted goods. Drivers have the right to decline any shipment deemed unsafe or non-compliant with applicable laws.

5. Proof of Delivery

Upon successful delivery, a digital confirmation is recorded through our app. The recipient may also be required to sign or acknowledge delivery as proof of receipt.
